Restricting user access to resources

Most resources on a Joomla! website can be optionally restricted to users at or above a given access level. For example, an Article might be restricted to registered users so that regular site visitors, or registered users not logged in, will not see it. Users who have previously been registered and who log in to the site Front-end will see these additional resources.
