I shortened the template call to {{cathelp|1.5}} 'cos I don't think we need dedicated "categories" for each link shown inside the help page. The additional parameters for that template are supposed to reflect component names and admin menus rather than individual files/links to external pages. With the exception of "Glossary" they'd all become a single member of "their category".
