Documentation Working Group
The Documentation Team is Part of the Production Working Group. It is responsible for creating and maintaining all the official Joomla! documentation including that for end-users, administrators and third-party developers. We also maintain the help screens for the Joomla! releases.
The official documentation language is British/Australian. Translations of the official documentation into other languages are the responsibility of the Translations Working Group.
Sites and Infrastructure Working Group
The Sites and Infrastructure Working Group is responsible for maintaining a productive, jovial forum for efficient, open communication between everyone involved in the project.
We have well over 100 members in the S&I Workgroup.
See a list of current members here.
Translations Working Group
"...providing support for the international community is a core value of Joomla!..."
The purpose of the Translation Team within the Production Working Group is to be a liaison between the Joomla! Translation Teams, the International Community and the other Joomla! Teams on user and technical matters relating to the translation of the Joomla! application.
The Translation Working Group carries out its work according to the Joomla! Translation and Localization Policy.
The Translation Working Group is also called the Joomla! Translation Coordination Team. It is composed of members of the Joomla! Translation Teams. See a list of current members here.
We have more than 50 local language coordinators representing their local teams. See a list of current members here. These Teams are also listed on a per language basis: current languages here
The resources provided by these teams are available on a common repository on joomlacode: 1.5 language packs
