[Edit Descripton] JCacheStorage is an abstract class. The class needs to be extended by concrete storage handlers. The Joomla Framework currently provides the handlers JCacheStorageApc, JCacheStorageEaccelarator, JCacheStorageFile, JCacheStorageMemcache, JCacheStorageXCache, JCacheStorageXcache
