Syntax
loadFile($file, $format= 'INI', $namespace=null)

| $file | $file Path to file to load | |
| $format | 'INI' | $format Format of the file [optional: defaults to INI] |
| $namespace | null | $namespace Namespace to load the INI string into [optional] |
