The development tasks listed below need to be completed before we can release Joomla 1.6.
If you would like to work on any of these items you are welcome to do so. Please add {{inuse}} and your name at the top of the page while you are working on the item so we don't get unnecessary duplication of effort. More items can be found in the various google groups by searching for the keyword "patchwork: " in the subject line:

Keep us informed about your progress by adding something to the page regularly. If you don't update the page after 3 days we may release the task so someone else can work on it. If you need help, don't be afraid to ask.
