JCacheStorageFile is a concrete cache storage handler, storing the cache data in files. In the Joomla CMS the default storage directory is the cache/ directory.

"group" mode : cleans all cache in the group | "notgroup" mode : cleans all cache not in the group |
| gc | Garbage collect expired cache data |

| remove | Remove a cached data entry by id and group |
| store | Store the data by id and group |
| test | Test to see if the cache storage is available |
