Where do I put the css code exactly?

Well! This is a tough issue. The template_css.css file is were I put it at the end.

It works put it only shows the text in orange (I am not sure why) and it is a horizontal layout of the main menu items.

I put the main menu to the left and it wants to wrap the menu items looks goofy.

With out a deeper undesrstanding of the css or the direction from the author I am at a loss as to how to change these defects.

Creating Drop Down Menu Items

Hi, I believe I have everything installed correctly, and now I want to start adding the contents to my drop down menu. For example, I added a new menu item "layer1". And from that when I hover I want to drop down "layer2". How do I add the menu item for layer2?
