"Install via FTP (unpacked template file)" this not work. the template won't show up in the template manager.
These installations instructions did not work for me. I tried to install it from the zip file and from the ftp.
From the zip file I got an error message that said the file was not uploaded. From the ftp I simply received a blank page when I went to preview.
