if your on shared hosting and create a local php.ini file do you need to redo all the php.ini settings or only those you wish changed?
Section on "Avoid sloppy server configurations"
The statement is made in the section "Avoid sloppy server configurations" that if you don't know what phpini and register_globals are you shouldn't be managing the security of your own site. But can we put some links here about where to learn about these terms? Where to start? :)
