From Joomla! Documentation
Adds a notification box to a page or section. The page is placed into a category that matches the type of review requested, which can be provided as a parameter. The default category is Category:Articles that require a review.
Functions/Features
Usin the review parameter, the standard message and category can be choosen. Colors and icons depend on that parameter, however, only legal will currently
