With Joomla 2.5 safely released the focus of development is shifting to Joomla! 3.0, released in September 2012. This is the first of a new STS series (3.0, 3.1, 3.2, with the 3.5 being the next LTS Joomla! Version) and maintaining backwards compatibility with 2.5 will not be required. |
