How to Access

Add a new Template Style

• Check the Template Style's Checkbox
• Click the Duplicate button in the toolbar.

Edit an existing Template Style

• Click on an Template's Style.

• Check the Template Style's Checkbox
• Click the Edit button in the toolbar.

Details

• Style Name. The name of the style. This is the name that will display in the Style column of the Template Manager: Styles screen.
• Default. Whether or not the style is the default for the location.
• Template. The name of the template the style is derived from.

Advanced

This section may not be present for all styles. If a template from which a style is derived from has configurable options they will be present here. It is these additional configurable options which allow you to have multiple different styles of templates with variations of these options. The options available will vary based on what options the template developer made available.

Menu Assignment

This section contains all the menu items configured in your Joomla website. To apply the current style to a menu item's corresponding web page, check the box next to the menu item. You can press the Toggle Selection button to invert the menu item selections.

Toolbar

At the top left you will see the toolbar.

The functions are:

• Speichern. Speichert den Template-Stil und bleibt auf der aktuellen Seite.

• Speichern & Schließen. Speichert den Template-Stil und schließt das Bearbeitungsformular.

• Als Kopie speichern: Speichert Änderungen in eine Kopie des aktuellen Template-Stils. Nicht beeinflusst wird dabei der aktuelle Template-Stil. Dieses Symbol wird nicht angezeigt, wenn ein neuer Template-Stil erstellt wird.

• Schließen. Schließt den aktuellen Bildschirm und kehrt zum vorherigen Bildschirm ohne Speichern der Änderungen zurück.

• Hilfe. Öffnet die Hilfe-Seite.

Quick Tips

Hier werden Template-Stile bearbeitet. Bei der ersten Installation eines Templates wird ein Standardstil erstellt. Der Name ist der des Templates plus „- Default“. Um weitere Stilvarianten zu generieren, das Kontrollkästchen des Standardstils markieren, die Schaltfläche Kopieren in der Symbolleiste anklicken und die Kopie bearbeiten.
