Service Provider[edit]
A SAML Service Provider (SP) is a system entity that receives and accepts authentication assertions in conjunction with a Single Sign-On (SSO) profile of the Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML). It trusts the identity provider and authorizes the given user to access the requested resource.
miniOrange provides a Joomla Single Sign-On solution. Log in to your Joomla site using SAML 2.0-compliant Identity Providers. Simply provide the SAML login URL, IDP Entity ID, and Certificate to easily configure the Identity Provider with the Joomla site.
Joomla SAML Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables your Identity provider's users to access multiple Joomla applications with one login and one set of credentials.
