1. Log into your Joomla Backend. The default URL is <yourwebsite>/administrator.
2. Go to Users → Manage.
3. Click on New in the top left corner.
4. Enter a Name.
5. Enter a Login Name.
6. Enter an Email address. This address should be set to receive System Emails.
7. Enter and then confirm the password.
8. Select Administrator or Super User depending on the access level you wish to grant.
9. Save & Close.
