Please note that adding and editing pages with a JDOC:' and Framework: prefix (namespace) requires special grants not available to standard users. You may however discuss changes on their respective talk page.
The Template: namespace listed here is all about Wiki templates and not about Joomla! Templates. Editing in this namespace is restricting to sysops.
