Adds a notification box to a page or section. The page is placed into a category that matches the type of ''review'' requested, which can be provided as a parameter. The default category is [[:Category:Articles that require a review]].

Usin the ''review'' parameter, the standard message and category can be choosen. Colors and icons depend on that parameter, however, only <tt>legal</tt> will currently
