Description

Returns a reference to the global Browser object, only creating it if it doesn't already exist.

Syntax

& getInstance($userAgent=null, $accept=null)

Parameter Name	Default Value	Description
$userAgent	null	$userAgent The browser string to parse.
$accept	null	$accept The HTTP_ACCEPT settings to use.

The Browser object.
