JStream::_getFilename

Description

Determine the appropriate 'filename' of a file.

public function _getFilename (
        $filename
        $mode
        $use_prefix
        $relative
)

Parameter	Type	Default	Description
$filename	string		Original filename of the file
$mode	string		Mode string to retrieve the filename
$use_prefix	boolean		Controls the use of a prefix
$relative	boolean		Determines if the filename given is relative. Relative paths do not have JPATH_ROOT stripped.
