FireFox[edit]

  1. Go to http://issues.joomla.org
  2. In the menu go to Bookmarks    Bookmark This Page or click CMD-D / CTRL-D

  1. Store the bookmark in a place of your choice

  1. Click Done
  2. Go to Bookmarks    Show All Bookmarks and find the just created bookmark
  3. Click on the bookmark
  4. Click on the arrow to show more settings

    1. Change the Location to http://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/%s
    2. In the keyword field put ji
  1. Close the toolbar

You can now open issues by typing ji X in the location bar of FireFox where X is the issue number. Search-joomla-issues-firefox-en.png

Chrome[edit]

  1. Go to Chrome  Preferences

  1. Click on Manage Search Engines

  1. In the section Other search engines

    1. Enter the name Joomla! Issues
    2. Enter the keyword ji
    3. Enter the URL http://issues.joomla.org/tracker/joomla-cms/%s
  1. Click Done

You can now open issues by typing ji in the location bar of Chrome and press Tab. Enter the issue number and press Enter. Search joomla issues-en.png
