Hoe toegang te krijgen

Navigeer, om een nieuw veld voor artikelen, gebruikers of contactpersonen toe te voegen, naar het beheergedeelte van de site en voer één van deze acties uit:

Artikelen

• Selecteer Inhoud → Velden uit het drop-down menu in het Joomla! Beheerpaneel.

of

• Selecteer Inhoud → Artikelen uit het drop-down menu in het Joomla! Beheerpaneel.
• Klik op de Velden link bij het bekijken van Artikelbeheer in de linker werkbalk.

Gebruikers

• Selecteer Gebruikers → Velden uit het drop-down menu in het Joomla! Beheerpaneel.

Beschrijving

Dit is een beheerdersscherm waar u velden kunt toevoegen en bewerken. Hetzelfde scherm wordt gebruikt voor het toevoegen van een nieuw veld en het bewerken van een bestaand veld. U kunt ook de veldgroep van een veld selecteren en aangeven of het gekoppeld is aan één of meer artikelcategorieën.

Algemeen

Deze sectie geeft de mogelijkheid de parameters voor dit veld in te voeren.

• Title. The name or title of the custom field. Make it as descriptive as possible.

• Type. The Type of the custom field.
  1. Calendar: calendar field.
  2. Checkboxes: checkboxes field.
  3. Colour: color field.
  4. Editor: editor field.
  5. Integer: integer field.
  6. List: list field.
  7. List of images: imagelist field.
  8. Media: media field.
  9. Radio: radio field.
  10. Repeatable: repeatable field.
  11. SQL: sql field.
  12. Text: text field.
  13. Text Area: textarea field.
  14. URL: url field.
  15. User: user field.
  16. User Groups: usergrouplist field.

Deze items zijn optioneel. Joomla! maakt automatisch standaard waarden aan voor deze items aan.

• Show On. (Site/Administrator/Both). On which part of the site should the field be shown. Note: Only the type User does not have Show on.

• Automatic Display. (After Title/Before Display/After Display/No). Joomla offers some content events which are tiggered during the content creation process. This is the place to define how the custom fields should be integrated into content.
• Layout. Selecteer een alternatieve layout.
• Weergeven als Read-Only. De keuze om een veld op een formulier te tonen als dit read-only is wordt overgenomen van de standaard waarde die ingesteld is in de veldgroep

Publicatie

• Created Date. Date the item was created.

• Created By. Name of the Joomla User who created the item. This will default to the currently logged-in user. If you want to change this to a different user, click the 'Select User' button .

• Modified Date. (Informative only) Date of last modification.

• Modified By. (Informative only) Username who performed the last modification.

• ID. This is a unique identification number for this item assigned automatically by Joomla. It is used to identify the item internally, and you cannot change this number.

Rechten

Joomla laat u, als volgt, rechten voor artikelen op vier niveaus aanmaken.

1. Algemeen, via Algemene instellingen.
2. Voor alle artikelen, via Artikelbeheer→Opties.
3. Voor alle artikelen in een categorie, via Categoriebeheer.
4. Voor een individueel artikel, via Artikel bewerken.

Hier kunt u rechten invoeren voor dit ene veld. Het scherm ziet er als volgt uit.

Om de rechten van dit veld te wijzigen moet u de volgende handelingen uitvoeren.

1. Selecteer de groep door op de titel te klikken.
2. Zoek de gewenste Actie. Mogelijke acties zijn:

   Verwijderen. Gebruikers kunnen dit veld verwijderen.

   Bewerken. Gebruikers kunnen dit veld bewerken.

   Bewerk status. Gebruikers kunnen de 'gepubliceerd' status en verwante informatie van dit veld wijzigen.

   Bewerk Extra veld waarde. Gebruikers kunnen de Extra veld waarde bewerken.

3. Selecteer de gewenste rechten voor de actie die u wilt wijzigen. Mogelijke instellingen zijn:

   Overgenomen. Overgenomen voor gebruikers in deze groep uit de Algemene instellingen, Artikelbeheer Opties, of Categorie rechten.

   Toegestaan. Toegestaan voor gebruikers in deze groep. Let op dat, als deze actie 'Geweigerd' is op één van de hogere niveaus, het 'Toegestaan' recht hier geen effect heeft. Een 'Geweigerd' instelling kan niet overschreven worden.

   Geweigerd. Geweigerd voor gebruikers in deze groep.

4. Klik op Opslaan. Wanneer het scherm wordt vernieuwd, tonen de berekende instellingen de effectieve rechten voor deze groep en actie.

Werkbalk

Aan de bovenkant ziet u de werkbalk:

De functies zijn:

• Save. Saves the veld groep and stays in the current screen.

• Save & Close. Saves the field group and closes the current screen.

• Save & New. Saves the field group and keeps the editing screen open and ready to create another field group.

• Save as Copy. Saves your changes to a copy of the current field group. Does not affect the current field group.
  Note: This toolbar icon is only shown if you edit an existing field group.

• Close. Closes the current screen and returns to the previous screen without saving any modifications you may have made.

• Help. Opens this help screen.
