Install the install from web fails to load on page load. To make it load this correctly you can click another tab and then click the Install from web tab.

Install from Web is currently not fit for purpose and in its current form needs to be disabled. Often no load extensions information and shows the following error "Cannot find any extensions for your version of Joomla. Please try a different search word or another category"
