Change permission of content[edit]
Hi. I would ask permission to move pages from the template namespace which are actually in course descriptions and pages that have links pointing to them. I have as main objective the wiki organization and redesign the landing pages.

I need to find where to add a "global" variable or constant to access it from many different components. The only page that seems right is Coding style and standards but I cant understand exactly how to implement it right (right like Joomla 1.5+).
