I have been designing, building out, and supporting websites and webapps since 1995. The first content management software I used extensively was Movable Type. I also used Textpattern and WordPress back then, but they were most suited to small sites and blogs. Mambo, then Joomla, and occasionally Drupal became my preferred CMS 2009 or so when WordPress and several other open source CMS projects grew up. I've always tried to use the best tool for the job, from simple, static, hand-coded sites to multiple, integrated applications.
