The Joomla Platform is a separate release of the framework on which the Joomla CMS is constructed. The next release of the Joomla CMS, codenamed "Bowerbird" will most likely be based on the 11.1 release of the Platform. |
Joomla Platform 11.1
The anticipated launch date for Platform 11.1 is 30 April 2011. Development will be time-based with a three-month release cycle. |
