About the Joomla! Community Working Groups
Contents
There are over 100 members in the Community Working Group. See a list of current members here. This is a closed group, new members can only join upon invitation of a group leader.
Working groups will exist until the job they were set up to do has been completed. This means that some teams, like the Forum Working Group or Joomla! Extension Directory (JED) Team, will be permanent, while others will form and disband in the space of a single release cycle.
These working groups must follow our expected values of openness, inclusion and collaboration. They must follow the mission, vision and values of the Joomla project. Regular communication between the working group coordinators and the PLT is expected and it would be great if the teams could blog periodically so that the wider community can be kept in touch with progress.
You can read also read more in the Public Discussions of the Community Working Group.

Joomla Discussion Forums
The Joomla! Forum is a great place to get support for your Joomla! powered website. The forum rules contain the guidelines that allows our community to operate effectively and smoothly. As an end user of this support system you can help the moderators by using the 'report to moderator' link next to any post you feel violates the rules.
However, the best way you can assist the moderators, is by getting involved in our community and helping to enhance the support system we provide to the end users of our forums. Your contributions are greatly appreciated, not only by the Core Team, but by the thousands of users we support via our forums.
Here is a list of the Forum's Global Moderators.
