If you install Joomla! without modifications or extensions, the features listed below are included.
Joomla 3 - Current Available Version is J3.10[edit]

- Front page component, which displays multiple recent content items designated as Front Page" in the content manager. Configurable for layout and number of items.

- A choice of several templates for your site
