Nice job Tony, setting a framework for a new Joomla! manual!
It is however IMO a bit over the top when the TOC is on each page the way the ManualHeader template generates it. I suggest to leave either the TOC it out or leave the overall manual index out. The reader will get irritated when repeating the same or equivalent information on a single page. Espescially when there is little or no other text involved. JanEnEm 16:37, 11 May 2010 (UTC)
