Privacy Review Information Request screen.

Description

In this screen you have the ability to review an information request and the related action log.

How to access

You can access an Information Request by using the top menu bar Users  Privacy  Request and click on the email address of the request you want to review to open it.

Details

  1. Request Information.
    1. Email. The email address of the individual owning the information being requested
    2. Associated User. The user account of the individual owning the information being requested, if one exists
    3. Status. The status of the information request
      1. Invalid. The information request has been invalidated by a Super User
      2. Pending. The user hasn't yet confirmed their information request
      3. Confirmed. The user has confirmed their information request
      4. Completed. The information request has been completed by a Super User
    4. Request Type. Export or Remove
    5. Date Requested. Date and time when the information request has been created
  2. Action Log. (Action/Date/Name) All actions performed related to the individual owning the information being requested.

Toolbar

At the top, you will see a toolbar with different actions according to the status of the information request:

The functions are:

  1. Complete. Allows a Super user to mark an information request as Completed. Note: This button is displayed only for information requests with the status Confirmed
  2. Invalidate. Allows a Super user to mark an information request as Invalid. Note: This button is displayed only for information requests with the status Pending
  3. Export Data. Allows a Super user to export as an xml file the data of the individual owning the information being requested. Note: This button is displayed only for Export requests with the status Confirmed
  4. Email Data Export. Allows a Super user to email the data export to the email address linked to the Export Request. Note: This button is displayed only for Export requests with the status Confirmed
  5. Delete Data. Allows a Super user to delete the data related to the user. The personal data will be automatically anonymised. Note: This button is displayed only for Remove requests with the status Confirmed
  6. Close. Closes the current screen and returns to the previous screen
  7. Help. Opens this help screen.
