IMPORTANT! L'actualització de la 3.4.x a la 3.5.x no es pot fer amb el gestor d'extensions.
Has d'actualitzar a través del component d'actualització de Joomla! o fer-ho manualment com s'indica més endavant.

Abans d'actualitzar, sempre fes una còpia de seguretat i no t'oblidis de provar-ho.

Preferiblement actualitza la teva instal·lació de Joomla! fent servir el component d' actualització de Joomla! i utilitzant l'opció d'arreglar la base de dades via "'Extensions"' → "'Gestionar"' → "' Base de dades"' i selecciona el botó "'Arreglar a la part superior esquerra.
Si no saps com fer-lo servir, mira: Component d'actualització de Joomla!.
Si no pots actualitzar la teva instal·lació de Joomla! de la manera preferida a causa de les limitacions de l'hostatjament o problemes de connexió, hauràs de seguir els següents passos:
- Baixa't el paquet d'actualització des de (enllaç)
- Extrau el paquet baixat al teu ordinador
- Upload the content of the extracted download package to the root or the folder where your Joomla! Installation is.
- Log in to your Joomla! Administrator panel and go to Extension → Manage → Database and select the Fix button on the top left.
- Go within the manage section to Discover menu item in the left menu and click the Discover button. Install any Joomla! extension shown in the list by pressing the Install button.
- In the main menu of your administrator panel, go to System → Clear Cache and if any rows are shown, select them and click the Delete button at the top left.
